Slow Cooker Peach Chicken with Basil

32 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 large Onions, raw 6 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 Peaches, fresh 8 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2 tsp Garlic powder 4 tsp Salt 3 tbsp Basil, Fresh (5g or 10 leaves) (by ECELESTER) 1 serving Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp (5g)
When ready to serve, turn off the heat, remove the chicken breasts, and stir the remaining salt. Use an emulsion blender to blend the ingredients into a thick sauce.
Shred the chicken with two forks, then return to the slow cooker, stirring to coming with sauce.
Top with the sliced peaches and plenty of basil. Add hot sauce to taste and serve.
