Oat Flour Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 CUPS BOB'S RED MILL OAT FLOUR2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 TBS sugar1/2 tsp salt1 egg (beaten)1 cup buttermilk2 TBS Almond oil(4 serving Oat Bran, Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Oat Bran .5 tsp Salt 1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 tsp Almond Oil (by KAJOINER) )
Directions
Whisk dry ingredients together. Combine egg oil and buttermilk. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing only til incorporated. Cook on hot griddle or fry pan until bubbly, flip and brown second sice.
