Ingredients
0.5 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 0.5 tsp Chili powder 0.5 tsp Paprika 0.25 tsp Garlic Salt 1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut sweet Potato in half. Peel and slice into French fry size strips. Place on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Spray with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle with spices. Bake for 20 minutes. Turning half way way through cooking time. If the fries aren’t crisp enough , place under broiler for 1 minute.
