Roasted Almonds by GastriKate

Ingredients

7.5 cup, whole Almonds 1.4 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 350°F
Stir everything together in a large bowl.
Spread almond mixture out in single layers on two large cookie sheets.
Bake 5 minutes. Stir. Repeat.
Store-bought almonds contain far less moisture and will be roasted in 10-15 minutes.
Fresh from the tree almonds contain more moisture and will need up to 25 minutes, but watch closely near the end. Nuts burn easily.
Drain on paper towels.
Store in an airtight container after cooling completely.
