Chocolate Banana Protein Muffins

Ingredients
3 bananas, fresh6 tbsp olive oil1 tsp vanilla extract3 eggs1 1/2 cup purpose flour 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 cup granulated sugar or coconut sugar3 scoops protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all wet ingredients + bananas + eggs until thoroughly mashes. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until combined. Coat muffin tins in cooking spray and bake for 20 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the muffin tins.
