My scallops potatoes

Ingredients
1.75 cup diced Potato, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 stick Butter, salted 0.75 cup Sour Cream
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Dice or slice potatoes and boil on salted water until tender. Chop onion. Melt butter in saucepan and add onions and cook until tender. Drain potatoes and place in baking dish put sour cream and half the cheddar cheese and fold into potatoes. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and sprinkle with paprika to garnish. Serving Size: Makes 3-4 servings
