3 oz Mission Chicharrones Pork Rinds .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Onion powder
1. Pulse pork rinds in a food processer until fine.
2. Add all the dry ingredients & cheese, pulse to fully combine.
3. Add eggs & milk mix about 1 minute.
4. Heat large frypan over medium heat, add a small amount of oil. once heated add a small amount of the mix and spread out to the desired size using the back of a spoon.
5. Once top bubbles flip & cook the other side. Repeat until all of the batters is used.
Serving Size: Makes 6 one carb pancakes
