1 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts) 30 grams Pistachio Nuts 50 gram(s) organic coconut flakes 50 gram(s) Enjoy Life Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Morsels 1 dash Salt
1. Line a pan with parchment paper
2. In a double boiler, melt baking chocolate, peanut butter, butter, 3. and monk fruit sweetener - stir until smooth.
4. Remove from heat and mix in pistachio and coconut flake.
5. Pour mixture into the pan and let cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
6. Cut in quarters along length and width.
