Ingredients
4 clove Garlic .5 cup Red Onion1 cup Carrot, grated1 tbsp Paprika 1 tbsp Cumin seed 400 gram(s) Minced Pork 2 cup Quinoa & brown rice (cooked)1 can Black Beans - drained 1 can, Whole Kernel Corn (canned) 1 cup brown Lentils, Canned 1 can Tomatoes Lime juice
Directions
saute onions, garlic and carrots till soft. Add cumin and paprika (chilli to preference if desired). Add Pork mince, brown. Add all other ingredients. Cook over low heat till liquids absorbed
