1 Lb Jennie O Lean Ground Turkey 93/7 1 Can Bush's Black Beans (Drained and Rinsed)1 Can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)1 Can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)1 Can Sweet Corn (15 oz)1 Can Mild Diced Green Chili Peppers (4 oz)1 Pkg Taco Seasoning 2 Tsp Minced Garlic 1 medium Onion (Chopped) 3 Cups Minute Rice2 Tbsp Cilantro, dried2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1) Crumble and Brown Ground Turkey, Onion and Garlic in skillet.
2) Add Beans. Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Corn Chili Peppers and Taco Seasoning, Mix and Heat to Boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3) Add Cilantro, Lime Juice and Instant Rice to 3 Cups Water, Bring to a Boil, Stir Well, Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Fluff.
