Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.25 tsp Morton Iodized Salt 2 tbsp Canola Oil 0.33 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Pull all ingredients in blender and blend until liquid. Pour onto preheated griddle. Flip when top is bubbly. Cook about another minute and then serve.
