Keto Bread Machine Bread

1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4.5 tsp Granulated Sugar 1.5 tsp Bread Machine Yeast (by ANGELKITTEN1972) 3 cup Carbalose flour (by FIT_ARTIST) 7.5 grams Vital wheat gluten .25 cup Grapeseed Oil
Spray loaf pan lightly with Pam. Add wet ingredients first, yeast last, to bread machine. I use the dough cycle, then put my dough in the loaf pan. Let rise, covered with clean cloth til just over the top of pan. heat oven to 350. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from pan as soon as out of oven to rack. Handle gently so you don't squish the loaf. Wait at least one hour to slice.
As mentioned, you will need a bread machine yeast. This is a different kind of a yeast than the yeast that you may be using at the moment. You will also need Vital Wheat Gluten (this is not a gluten free recipe).
Lastly, you will need a low carb flour. I know that there are a lot of options out there including the gluten free kind. To be honest, I am more confident in something such as Carbalose flour.
