Watermelon Soup

Ingredients
8 cups watermelon, de-seeded if necessary1/2 cucumber, shredded or diced1/4 c lime juice1/2 c plain fat-free yogurt
Directions
Place all ingredients except cucumber in mixing device, mix thoroughly.
(I like mine with little bits in it still, so I blend only enough to break up large chunks and ensure even ingredient distribution, but I have seen other similar recipes calling for a smooth puree. Pick your texture and mix accordingly.)
Top with cucumber bits and chill for best results.
