Ingredients
1 serving Egg white, large .25 cup Good Karma Flax Milk Unsweetened w/Pea Protein 3 tbsp Land O Lakes Butter Spread w/ Olive Oil (1TBS) 1 cup Wegman's Gluten Free Baking Mix
Directions
knead butter into baking mix. whisk wet ingredients into dry until no lumps (do not overmix)
Stand 15 minutes
divide into 6 and bake on greased sheet at 400F. for 13-16 minutes
