1/3 cup Butter, salted 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 2 tsp Xanthum Gum - Bob's Red Mills (1TB,9g) .083 =.25ts (by CORLISSTRIEDIT) 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Preheat oven to 400 & spray/grease donut pan. Combine flour, baking powder & xanthum gum then add eggs, mixing till lump free. Spoon into prepared donut pan and set in middle of oven. Bake 15 min or till tops brown. Cool 15 min before removing from pan
