3 cup cold, leftover Brown Rice7.5 oz 98% Fat Free Ham Steak , diced2 large eggs 1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Peas, frozen 1 T Olive Oil 2 T Marinade & Cooking Sauce, Mr. Yoshida's, Sweet Teriyaki 1 T chili garlic paste
heat 1/2 of oil in skillet. Add ham and onions. sauté until onion is translucent and ham is browning on edges. Add peas and cook until peas are no longer frozen. Push onions, peas and ham to one side of the skillet. Whisk eggs and pour into empty side of the skillet. Cook eggs. Add remaining oil. heat, then add rice and chili garlic paste. Heat through and combine with ham, peas, onion and eggs.. Mix in teriyaki sauce. Add salt and pepper if needed.
