French onion chicken

Ingredients
24.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast2.0 cup, sliced Onions, raw1.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 cup Vegetable Broth4.0 fl oz Red Wine1.0 dash Salt2.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning2.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
Directions
Saute onions, salt & pepper in butter, adding 1/2 cup water, cook until water is evaporated & onions are soft. Add garlic red wine, vegetable broth, & bay leaf bringing to a low boil. At the same time flatten 4 chicken breast, put McCormick seasoning on them, & saute in olive oil until brown. Add chicken to french onion mixture, cooking 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve by putting 1/2 chicken on plate & pour French onion sauce on top. Optional- sprinkle cheese over it before serving.
