4.0 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Unbleached White Flour (by WENDYERB) 1 serving Rapid Rise/Instant Yeast- 1 packet (Fleischmann's) (by CD3370322) 6 tsp Granulated Sugar 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
dissolve 2 TBLSP sugar in 1 1/2 cup warm (Think bath) water, add 2TBLSP Butter, 1 tsp salt and 3 cups of flour, mix in stand mixer with dough hook 3-5 min, cover with plastic wrap, put in warm place 20 min. punch down, cut into 20 pieces, shape them round, put into 13x9 buttered glass pan, baste lightly with butter and sprinkle kosher salt on top. let rest 20 min. bake for 15 min at 400 degrees. enjoy!
