Ingredients
0.5 tsp Cream Of Tartar 6 large Eggs.25 cup Butter, unsalted1-1/2 cub finely ground almond flour1 tbsp. Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions
Oven at 375. Line bread tin with parchment paper. Melt butter and allow to cool. Separate eggs and egg yolks in two bowls. Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat with hand mixer till stiff peaks form. Add almond flour, baking powder, salt and cooled melted butter to egg yolks and beat briefly until incorporated. FOLD IN egg whites to almond flour mixture just until mixed. Pour mixture into bread tin and bake 30 minutes or until top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool on baking rack for 30 minutes before slicing.
