Asparagus Chicken Alfredo bake (Keto)

Ingredients
13 ounces Chicken-Tyson rotisseries Chicken Breast Strips- costco 5 ounces Trader Joes Whole milk mozzarella -1 ounce 4 slice Trader Joes Colby Jack cheese 1 slice=28 oz 21 grams tillamook extra sharp white cheddar 1 slice (21 g) .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 cup Trader Joes Alfredo Pasta Sauce (by CHUCKYP3000) 15 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" lo Asparagus, fresh 1 oz Feta Cheese 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Boiled asparagus- cool and drain and chop into 1" pieces- cook chicken sidrected on package or chop cooked chicken breast about 13 ounces cooked- Have cheese grated- you can use whatever you have on hand- butter 9x6 pan- layer half the chicken pieces and half the chopped asparagus- sprinkle garlic powder and pepper as you like layer half the cheese then top with half the jar of Alfredo-sprinkle the parmesan then layer the rest of the chicken and asparagus- layer the rest of the cheese but leave out about 1/2 cup for topping- pour the rest of Alfredo sauce- use a fork to poke thru for the sauce to kind of drain down- sprinkle the final mozzarella and parmesan- add a little pepper- bake at 375 for about 30 minutes covered- take foil off and brown and cook until bubbly thru ..take out and cover lightly anklet set for about 10 minutes-Enjoy- this is very Keto
