2.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 0.5 cup Canola Oil 1 tsp Salt
Knead dough with 1.25 cups of water or 1.5 cups if too stiff.
Rest for 15 minutes.
Make 10 portions and knead flat breads of each,coat with oil and fold to make a rectangle.
Put on pan and keep on each side for 2 minutes and lastly sprinkle some oil .
