1 Lb Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 4 cups, shredded Cabbage, fresh 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1/2 cup Frozen green peas 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 tsp Minced Garlic 1 tbsp Ginger, ground 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Brown Ground Beef with Garlic and Ginger.
Once Browned, add all vegetables.
When vegetable are cooked, and cabbage is wilted, toss with sauce made with Soy, Sesame Oil, Sriracha Sauce, and Brown Sugar
Garnish with Sesame Seeds.
