Rice and Black Bean Burrito Bowl

Ingredients
1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 0.5 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger 2 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 0.25 cup Red Onion, raw (chopped) (by KINGTERMITE) 1 medium Tomatillos 0.25 cup Borden Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese Lettuce
Directions
Cook rice, mix with canned beans and cheese while hot. (Can refrigerate and save for later at this point). Add tomatoes, guacamole, salsa, lettuce, or whatever toppings you choose.
