-3/4 c frozen organic whole strawberries (also good - 1/2 c fresh pinapple and 3/4 of medium banana)-1 scoop vanilla protein powder (19g or more)-1/2 - 3/4 c water-1 tbsp gound flax seed-1 1/4 c ice
Directions
Add to blender. Blend to desired consistency.
