High Fiber Wheat Bread

Ingredients
.5 cup Lard 12 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 2.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 60.5 grams Vital wheat gluten .5 cup Oat Bran 12 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Reserve 1.5 cups of whole wheat flour to knead in.

Mix with 1 package dried yeast. Add water to create a sticky dough. Mix. Let it rise. Punch down, add some flour, Knead. Let rise in bread pan. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.

Serving Size: 1/20th of a home made loaf of bread - a skinny slice
