Ingredients
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)*Polish Pork Sausage, 2 sausage (10" long x 1-1/4" dia) (remove)
Directions
Cut sausage into 1/4 in rounds and add to skillet on Medium heat. chop or cut all veggies and add to skillet. Cook about 15 minutes, until sausage is done and veggies are tender.

    This was so good. We added extra tomatoes and zucchini. It was a bit bland, and we added some fresh cilantro at the end YUMMMMMMMMM - 9/18/08
