16 oz House Foods - Tofu Shirataki - Fettuccine Shaped Noodle Substitute 2 oz Prosciutto 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 5 tbsp chopped Shallots 1 clove Garlic 9 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated Sprinkle fresh ground pepper(optional) sliced onion greens
In a high quality non-stick pan, saute onions, garlic, shallot in 1/2 tsp olive oil (or the fat from your prosciutto) until soft. Add shirataki noodles and toss until noodles are hot. Mix together egg beaters, prosciutto (cut into small pieces), a sprinkle of fresh ground pepper, chopped scallion if you have it, and Parmesan cheese. Take noodles off the heat, add the egg mixture, and toss until everything is coated. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan and fresh ground pepper.
