White Chicken Lasagna

16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 8 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles 1 stick Butter, salted 0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Cook chicken in salted water until done. Cool and debone and cube.
Prepare white sauce: Melt one stick butter in large pan, whisk in flour until dissolved. Add in warm milk (microwave until warm) stirring as you do. Cook and stir until thickened.
Preheat oven to 350.
Cool lasagna noodles until Al dente.
Spray baking dish with oil. Spread 1/2 sauce in bottom of pan or enough to cover bottom. Layer noodles, then chicken, more sauce, some cheese. Repeat, leaving enough cheese to conver top.
Bake at 350 for one hour, cover with loose aluminum foil until bubbly and hot. Take foil off last 10-15 minutes to brown.
