Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients
3.0 cup, diced Celery, raw8.0 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw0.25 tsp Granulated Sugar2.0 tbsp Dynasty Oyster flavored Sauce2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce1.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch4.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Boil celery in 3 cups of water for 20-30 mins. In a pot, add ground pork black pepper along with 1/3 cup of water and cook all the way through. Once celery is soft add to pot with the pork along with 1 cup of water, sugar,oyster sauce and soy sauce. To thicken the sauce whisk together 1 T cornstarch and 2 T water in a bowl and slowly add to your chowmein is the right thickness.
