Ingredients
Lentils, 1 cup (remove)Sunflower Oil, 4 1tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)*Green Chili .10 cupcilantro
Directions
soak lentils in 2 cups of water for about 2 hours ' drainout from water grind to a smooth paste . now add enough water to make a pancake batter (pouring consistancy ).

greese a frypan with 1 tsp oil and pour 1/4 of the batter and let it cook untill turns brown .flip on the other side and let it cook same way . prepare remaining 3 likewise and serve hot with green mango salsa.
