Slow Cooker Caramel Apple Cider

8 cups apple cider 1 cup Jordan's Skinny Syrups Salted Caramel syrup1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg1 tbsp whole allspice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours until thoroughly heated. Serve with your favorite toppings.
