16 oz Pork tenderloin 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .33 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 3 tsp Garlic .5 tsp Ginger Root 2 tbsp gochujang (by BLASIAN-BEAUTY) 6 tsp packed Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Soy Sauce .5 tsp Pepper, black 2 1tsp Sesame Oil .5 tbsp Argo Cornstarch .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 1tsp Canola Oil
Directions
Mix Garlic through water, set aside for sauce
Fry pork in oil.
Add onions and saute for 1 minute
Add sauce and cook until thickened.
