Crunchy cabbage salad with chicken & orange dressing

Ingredients
8 oz cabbage red / purple (by VELEZBRENDA) 1 serving Classic Iceberg Lettuce Salad ( 1.5 cups) 0.5 cup Dole Mandarin Oranges 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 6 tbsp Cilantro, dried 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 42 gram(s) Roundy's organics - Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1Tbsp) (by KMFRALEY) 3 tsp Ginger Root 3 oz Fisher dry roast peanuts (by CBMAHALO) 5 oz Chicken, rotisserie cooked, breast meat, no skin 0.5 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts)
Directions
Shred cabbage & iceberg lettuce. Thinly sliced orange pepper. Chop fresh cilantro & drained water chestnuts. Shred two chicken breasts. Add all of the chopped ingredients to a large bowl.
Dressing: Add hoisin sauce, red wine vinegar, EVOO, grated ginger together and whisk. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Drizzle dressing on salad and mix thoroughly. Add roasted peanuts to the top of the salad.
