Think Thin Pasta

Ingredients
4 0z cooked pasta, about 1 Cup1 whole tomato, diced2 slices cheese (your choice)
Directions
Cook pasta of your choice, weigh it cooked (easy, no?); I cooked enough to baggy for future use and froze it.

In the meantime, dice your tomato and pick 2 slices of whatever cheese you like. I like Swiss and Colby Jack - really I like almost all cheeses.

Put cooked pasta into a soup bowl. Put diced tomato on the cooked pasta. Top with the cheese slices.

Microwave for 2 minutes on high.

Enjoy. I don't miss the spaghetti sauce or the meat with this dish. And it is filling. You can add a small salad to it if you need more food.
