Ingredients
2.0 fl oz Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream)0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground0.25 tsp Pepper, black900.0 Grams Carrots, raw1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 tbsp Honey2.0 tsp Better than Boullion Chicken Base1.0 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co)3.0 cup Chicken Bone stock/broth homemade/1 cup serving
Directions
Instant Pot-Cut carrots, celery and onion into large chunks. Add all ingredients but the cream to the pot, cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Do quick release. Blend with stick blender and add cream. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serving Size: Makes about 6 1-cup servings.
