The Sacred Heart Diet's Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
2 lb carrots, chopped3 large green onions2 bunches of celery, chopped2 green bell peppers, sliced2 cans stewed tomatoes2 cans green beans, drained1 box or large can of beef broth (low fat)1 packet of Lipton Chicken Noodle soup mix1 T Thyme2 tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper2 Bay Leaves, wholeBeef Bouillon to taste (2 T)
Directions
Throw everything into a large soup pot, including the broth. Add water until vegetables are covered by at least an inch. Bring to a fast boil and boil for 10 minutes. Lower heat and allow to simmer for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes at least 10 2-cup servings (that's a conservative guess). Refrigerate leftovers.
