Ingredients
2.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh2.0 serving Chicken Bouillon, Knorr 1/2 Cube (1 cup prepared)0.55 cup Simple Truth Organic Green Lentils100.0 grams Cilantro, raw3.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
Directions
Boil legumes and drain. Chop up all veggies into pot. Add 8 cups of water, the bullion and spices (i used hot salt, tabasco, Wylers chicken bullion). Boil vigorously fir 20 min then simmer for hours. Then enjoy.
