1 cup bob's red mill vital wheat gluten flour (by SNJNFAM) 12 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 cup Oat Bran 8 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 25 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 5.3 tbsp chia seeds 5.3 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 5.3 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 8 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Four generous tablespoons mix, 1 egg, and sour milk to consistency...about 1/4 - 1/3 cup.

Makes 3 4" pancakes.
