oatmeal carob cRaisin cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup canola oil1/3 plus 2 tbpspn sucanat2 egg whites3/4 tsp vanilla extract8 tbsp water2 cups old fashion oats (large flakes)2/3 cup whole wheat baking flour1/2 tsp baking soda2/3 cup raisins or craisins1/2 cup carob chips 2 scoops protein powder
Directions
-can make up to 3 dozen depending on size. nutrtion info is for a 36 count batch

..preheat over to 350 degrees faranheit

..spray cooking sheets with no stick cooking spray

..in a large bowl, mix oil and sucanat

..add in egg whites, vanilla, water and mix really good

..in another bowl put together oats, protein powder, flour, baking soda and raisins

..add the 2 bowls together and mix until just blended to retain texture of oats

..drop batter onto baking sheets in whatever size you want

..bake for 10-15 or until bottoms are lightly brown

    Just to clarify--vegan cooking doesn't contain eggs. - 1/1/10
