Spicy Chicken Cauliflower Rice and Beans

Ingredients
3 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup onion, fresh finely chopped (by AYOUNGLADY) 4 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 2 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 cup chicken breast grilled, no skin, cubed 1 C = 1 serv (by WALKERCHICK1) .5 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added 3 cup Black beans, canned, drained and rinsed (by RUMBAMEL) 4 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
Directions
Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
Add onion, garlic and green & red peppers to pan, cook until consistency you want.
Add salt & pepper to taste, tomato sauce, black beans and hot sauce.
Stir and bring to a boil. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Cauliflower Rice.
Refrigerate covered for up to 5 days.
