Ingredients
1 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 1 cup (1" cubes) Gourd, white-flowered (calabash), cooked 1 small Onions, raw 1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Penzey's Chili Powder Medium Hot (by CD4082898) 1 teaspoon ancestral Roots Turmeric powder (by DAMARA322) 0.5 tsp Mustard seed, yellow
Directions
Boil sunflower seeds and calabash in electric pressure cooker for 45-55 minutes on high pressure.NPR.
When it cools down then blend it.
In a griddle heat oil and add all ingredients and sauté onion.Add ginger garlic paste .
Sauté for 15 minutes.
Add this to the blended mix.Serve with keto roti .
