Ingredients
16 oz Ground Beef (or turkey or chicken)1 Sweet Onion1 Green or Red Pepper16 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes (Mexican Flavor)16 oz Black Beans 16 op Canned Corn
Directions
Brown the meat, onions and pepper in large skillet or pan. Chop up the onion and green or red pepper. Add the tomatoes, black beans (drained) and corn.
