Instant Pot Lemon Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients
.33 cup Lemon Juice 2 clove Garlic 2 tsp Oregano, ground 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw .5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
Directions
mix oil, lemon juice and spices together
put chicken at bottom of instant pot
add broth
add potatoes
pour lemon mixture over chicken and potatoes
pressure cook for 15 minutes
let sit for 10 minutes after cooking is complete
release valve
serve
