Chicken bok choy soup

Ingredients
4.0 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded1.0 cup Spinach, fresh4.0 cup diced Potato, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 tsp Garlic0.5 cup slices Beets, boiled1.0 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes3.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 tbsp Basil1.0 tbsp Oregano, ground1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar6.0 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce2.0 cup (8 fl oz) or more Water, tap
Directions
Fully cook chicken by boiling it on stovetop pot with enough water to cover it. Chop all ingredients and put in crockpot. Cook on low for several hours until greens are soft.

Serving Size: Makes 6 or more 1-cup serving depending on amount of water used.
