Wonton Apple Pie Bites

Ingredients
1.0 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground6.0 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square) Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers)0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.5 serving Stevia (zero Calorie sweetener)0.05 cup Corn Starch
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350* 2. Peel, core, and slice apple into thin pieces. 3. Place apple slices into microwaveable bowl and sprinkle cinnamon and 1 packet of Stevia onto the slices. Stir to coat thoroughly. 4. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon corn starch into a 1/4 cup cold water. Stir until there are no lumps. 5. Pour into bowl of apple slices. Stir and let sit, stirring every few minutes until the wontons are in the oven. 6. Once the oven is heated, lightly grease muffin pan then press 1 wonton into each space. Very lightly coat wontons with oil or butter. Place in oven for 8 minutes. 7. Take bowl of apples, stir and place in microwave for 30 seconds. 8. Stir apples and repeat two more times or until water has thickened. Add cinnamon and/or Stevia as desired. 9. When wontons are done, let cool, then add apple mixture. I top with pecans and/or crumpled gram crackers. 10. Enjoy
