12 oz package cut and clean turnip greens2 slices center cut baconsalt to tastepepper sauce (tabasco)
cut bacon into smaller pieces and brown in large saucepan. Add greens, cover with water, bring to a boil and cook 30-45 minutes. Add a dash a tabasco and salt to taste.
