Faux Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 cup fresh cauliflour 1.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 small Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 4 tbsp Soy sauce 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Steam 1 head of cauliflower, rice. Dice chicken and brown, set aside. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add in prepared cauli rice, broccoli, and chicken. Cook remaining water from cauli rice and broccoli softens. Scramble in eggs. Stir. Add soy sauce. Serving Size: Approx 4 large servings
