Cumin Powder (by ANEWAY) .25 tsp Garlic Salt .5 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon 35 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 tsp Better than Boullion Chicken Base (by MANGYCOYOTE) 1559 grams Brussels sprouts, cooked 7 tsp Garlic 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 7 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
Directions
In an instapot, or on the stove, add 2 tsp Better than bouillon chickens base to 5 cups of water. Add tumeric, cumin, parsley, garlic salt, and a dash of salt. Rinse the rice in a sieve... or don't no big deal, and add to the pot, cook accordingly.
Trim brussel sprouts and blanch (put them in a pot of water and boil, about 2 min, then strain and run cold water over them.
cut 7 strips of bacon into tiny strips of bacon.
Trim the chicken and cut dice.

So... I'm meal prepping, so I made each portion one at a time.
I put one cut strip of bacon in a non stick pan, as it is almost crisp, add 5 ounces of diced chicken and stir. Move each piece of chicken away from each other so they brown and don't steam. As the chicken is browning on both sides, add Tsp of Garlic and stir. Add 7.5 ounces of brussel sprout and stir. Let them cook to get a bit of color on them. Finally, add 1 cup of the tumeric rice and stir all together. Let cook, its best when you get some browning on the rice.
So, yea, I did this 7 different times so that the proportions are correct for dieting purposes.
... it's worth it.
