Ingredients
32.0 oz Simple Truth Natural Chicken Breast8.0 tbsp Kroger Lite Soy Sauce2.0 tbsp Kroger Seasoned Rice Vinegar8.0 tbsp Kroger Clover Honey3.0 tbsp Simple Truth Organic Double Concentrated Tomato Paste3.0 tsp Chung Jung One Gochujang Korean Chili Sauce5.0 tsp Spice World Garlic, Minced3.0 tbsp Rumford Corn Starch
Directions
Place all ingredients but cornstarch in crockpot, cook on low until chicken reaches 165, about 4 hours. Remove and shred chicken, set aside. Add cornstarch to cooking liquid and whisk, add chicken back to liquid, change heat to high cook 15-30 minutes or until sauce is desired thickness. Serve with veggies/ rice as desired. Serving Size: Makes Approximately 5 1 Cup Servings
