crab stuffed Zucchini

Ingredients
4 Zucchini cut in half 1 cup crab meat (real or imitation) diced small1 small onion choppedparmesan cheeseseasoned bread crumbs ( about 2 handfulls)vegetable flakes
Directions
Slice zucchini in half and scoop out the center. Chop the zucchini you removed and add it to the crab meat, onion , vegetable flakes and grated cheese. Spray frying pan with Pam and saute for a few minutes until onions are soft. turn off heat add bread crumbs, toss and cover for 3 or 4 minutes. Place zucchini "shells" on cookie sheet
coated with Pam and fill mixture. Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes.
